Demolition License Process

You are here:

1. Obtain an insurance policy that complies with the Baltimore City Building, Fire, and
Related Codes 2015 Section 3303.10 Demolition Insurance.

2. Submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance form to be reviewed and approved by Risk
Management. The Certificate Holder on your insurance must be as follows:

3. Complete a Demolition License Application Form. Download here

4. Upon approval of your Certificate of Liability Insurance a license fee of $75 is paid and a
license is issued with an expiration date of 12/31 of the year in which it was issued.
